B2B Account Executive (Sales & Business Development)

  • Deskripsi Pekerjaan (Job Description):

    • Mencari, mengidentifikasi, dan memetakan peluang pasar baru (korporat/SME) yang membutuhkan transformasi digital dan solusi IT.
    • Melakukan pendekatan aktif (prospecting, cold pitching, dan pertemuan bisnis) kepada calon klien potensial untuk memperkenalkan layanan Solutech.
    • Menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis klien dan merumuskan solusi IT yang tepat (apakah berupa pengembangan E-commerce, Mobile App, integrasi Big Data, atau implementasi AI Agent).
    • Menyusun proposal bisnis, melakukan presentasi teknis high level (didukung oleh tim produk/developer), dan melakukan negosiasi kontrak hingga mencapai kesepakatan (closing).
    • Menjaga hubungan baik jangka panjang dengan klien (account management) untuk memastikan kepuasan mereka dan membuka peluang kerja sama proyek baru.
    • Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal (Project Manager, Developer, dan Business Analyst) untuk memastikan kebutuhan klien dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik.
    • Mencapai target penjualan produk dan layanan IT yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan

  • Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan (Requirements):

    • Pendidikan minimal S1 (jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait).
    • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai B2B Sales, Business Development, atau Corporate Account Executive di industri Teknologi, IT Solution, atau Software House.
    • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik atau ketertarikan kuat terhadap produk IT (Mobile App, E-commerce platforms, Big Data, dan tren Artificial Intelligence).
    • Kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan pitching yang luar biasa, serta percaya diri berhadapan dengan level manajemen (C-Level / Decision Maker).
    • Memiliki jaringan network (database klien korporat atau industri terkait) menjadi nilai plus yang besar.
    • Proaktif, berorientasi pada hasil (target-driven), tangguh, dan memiliki kemampuan problem-solving yang baik dalam menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi solusi teknis.
    • Mampu menggunakan CRM tools dan fasih dalam menyusun presentasi bisnis yang menarik.

Web Developer (PHP Laravel Programmer)

  • At least Diploma’s degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information system or Software Engineering. Fresh graduate and final year student with GPA 3.00 or above are welcome.
  • Have good, positive, and problem solving attitude.
  • Have discipline, honest, and team player.
  • Have great programming logic and problem solving skill.
  • Intermediate skill in PHP, CSS3, HTML5, Ajax, jQuery ,and Ubuntu/Linux.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in PHP development, using one of the following framework: Laravel, CI, or Yii.
  • Familiar work in Linux or Ubuntu environment.
  • Familiar working with Git, JSON, and API OAuth is a plus.
  • Familiar with bootstrap, NodeJS, CSS LESS, UX, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiar working in cloud server like AWS, Azure, GCM or other is a plus.
  • Experienced using agile scrum methodology is a plus.

Magento Developer

  • Candidate must possess at least a D3 / S1 / Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in eCommerce Magento Development Project.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
  • Have positive, problem solver attitude and a team player.
  • Hardworking, honest, and fast learner.
  • Have a strong programming logic
  • Familiar with Zen framework is a plus.
  • Familiar with Ajax, jQuery, API OAuth2, and JSON is a plus.
